To make the reservations:
1. Look for the tab Stay & Play in the top right and click Check Availability
2. Look for the Group Code tab in the very top purple navigation bar
3. Enter the Group Code : 23680
4. The hotel block will pop up and you can make reservations from there
A 10-person shuttle will begin runs to the venue between 2:45 and 3:40 PM. The shuttle will return people to the hotel once the couple makes their exit.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Poulsbo
Use this link to get our wedding room rate. There is a not an actual room block; only a special rate.
A 25-person shuttle will begin runs to the venue between 2:30 and 3:30 PM. The shuttle will return people to the hotel once the couple makes their exit.
Transportation
Wedding Shuttle
A free shuttle to and from the wedding and reception will be provided. Pick-up and drop-off locations are at the Suquamish Clearwater Resort (5 minutes from venue) and the Fairfield Inn-Poulsbo (15 minutes from venue). Please anticipate a wait; the buses will do multiple runs until everyone gets to the venue. The schedule is as follows:
Fairfield Inn – Poulsbo: First shuttle at 2:30 PM, last at 3:30 PM (seats 25 guests per run)
Suquamish Clearwater Casino: First shuttle at 2:45 PM, last at 3:40 PM (seats 10 guests per run)
If you plan on taking the shuttle, please provide that information in your RSVP submission.
